This quest is given by Naggy who can be found in the Dark Forest

Description
Naggy wishes to reconnect with her sister, who left and went after some man. Go find her and then return to Naggy.
How to Complete
Travel to Craggy in the Deep Swamp. She insists that she doesn't have a sister. If you press her about having green skin, she gets insulted and says that she must also be related to the frogs. If you press her about being a witch, she calls you small minded for thinking that people with the same beliefs are related.
Travel to Sarah at Gombard Bluff, the beach north of Gombard. She tells you that she's almost forgotten what Naggy looked like, and that you should tell her that her husband is lost at sea. Sarah hopes Naggy is doing well in the forest.
Return to Naggy in the Dark Forest. She says that it's so sad, and she wants to make time to go and make her feel better. She rewards you with a Sproutling Hat.

- While in the Deep Swamp, go fishing for Catfish so you can complete the quest Feline Fish
- The Dark Forest is full of snakes, so make sure you kill as many as you can to collect Snake Scales for the Sliding Scales quest.
