This quest is given by Albwin who can be found in The Mighty Oak.
Prerequisites
- Fishing Rod in your inventory to go fishing.
- Sickle in your inventory to forage.
- Cooking skill of at least 4.
- Fishing skill of at least 5.
Description
Albwin fondly remembers a strange dish. He wants to try it again, and asks you to bring him some.
How to Complete
- Head to the Deep Swamp and fish for Catfish until you have at least 1. On the way, gather 2 brown mushrooms at the top left of north area of Aria.
- Get the recipe for Catfish Cawl. It can be purchased from Diane in the Town of Bala for 3000 gold.
- Cook the recipe. At this time there is only one Cooking Table, in the Castle Manheim nearby Sheyf.
Return to Albwin in the Edhil Settlement and give him the Catfish Cawl you cooked.
He says he could smell it coming, and that it brings back memories. Then he says he will teach you a few things.

Tips/Tricks
It's always better to have the ingredients on hand! Just gather Brown Mushroom and Catfish when you're in those areas.
