Lost Love
Where to get it
This quest is given by Samuel who can be found in Forest House (Samuel) in the Dark Forest.
Prerequisites
This quest requires you read Samuel's Diary before it can be started.
You must have completed the quests Popping Out and Hot Pie to access Damia.
You must be able to speak the Dwarven Language to speak with Damia.
The player must have the Mark of Gombard before being able to speak with Janice about Jules.
Description
Samuel is lonely and wants to know what happened to his lost love Jules. The last Samuel's heard, Jules is in Gombard.
How to Complete
After getting the quest from Samuel, head north two areas and then east to Gombard Port. Janice will want to talk to you about Jules. She'll tell you that Jules went to visit the dwarves and has since died.
When you return to Samuel, he is very upset. He asks you to go to the dwarves to find out the name of the creature that killed him.
Travel to Dovan Helm and speak with Damia about Jules. She says he was one of the only humans to have hunted with the dwarves. He saved her life when they were attacked by a large ogre named Gobful, but sacrificed himself in the process.
She asks that you tell his family.
When you return to Samuel with the sad news, he says that dying that way sounds just like Jules. He says he's too old to seek revenge, but maybe you can slay the foul beast.
