North of Gombard you'll find the Gombard Bluff, where you can find Sarah and the Southern Watchtower. Sarah can assist you in the patreon Quest 'Bad News'. The Southern watch tower contains a few quests and two NPCs. Gombard Bluff also has a fishing location.
