This quest is given by Gunther who can be found in Gombard

Description
Talking with Gunther about straits and he'll tell you that the big blue things to the east are the Straits of Gabal. He's traveled to the other side and brought back all sorts of things. Mention things to him and he says that if you call the mayor an idiot he'll give you some throwing weapons.
How to Complete
Go speak to Perkins in the Town Hall and call him an idiot. TBD
Return to Gunther and he will give you the throwing weapon Bolas.
