Description
Ulfius, one of the first members of the Watch, was previously part of the King's army and fought many evils in his life ever since. As an experienced fighter against the evil, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a captain and was designated to watch over the Gombard area. Through many battles that he had, he was able to collect mystical items dropped by them, possessing a small portion of it. Perhaps one of these mystical items granted him the ability to reset adventurers' stat points? Now, he offers this as a service for a price.
