Description
Taggy is one of the four witches of the Westcandle Witches Coven. She stays at Ellium Vale, making her potions and testing new ones. Many adventurers who pass through this area always stop by to have a chat with old Taggy, and in the end, she always offers adventurers some riddles to be solved in exchange for meeting her master.
