This quest is given by Revna in Manheim

Description

Talk to Revna about spells. She will deny knowing any spells, but mention that she knows lots of things. She tells you that when she was in Sacke she heard tale of a magical circlet that had been lost, but that she doesn't remember who mentioned it.

How to Complete

Head south to Sacke and speak with Gariboldi.

Travel west to the Deep Swamp and then north until you find the Goblin Camp. Kill the Goblin Shaman until one drops the Circlet of Power. Return to Gariboldi.
