This quest is given by Inga who can be found in Castle Manheim in City of Manheim.

None.
Guide
- Talk with the handmaid Inga in Castle Manheim, she is concerned about another handmaid Liv, who's working in the same castle.
- Then talk to Liv and she will give you a note to deliver to her father the Lord Bumble in Sacke Town to let him know she is alright.
- Return to Liv in Manheim to let her know you delivered her note and receive your reward.
