The quest is given by Sunet in Manheim castle. He can be found at the very top of the map, above the king and queen.

Description
Speak with Sunet and he will tell you he needs 5 deer skins to make something warm.
How to Complete
Bring him 5 deer skins.
Rewards
A warm coat which is the quest item for Humble Champion
