Description
S'thel has its charms, including a beautiful oasis in the heart of the settlement, but beauty is only skin deep. Morgan is a corrupt guard, and for the right price, any trouble can be 'solved'. He might be a skilled guard and even teaches some skills to adventurers but the problem is, he sometimes employs shady tactics to create problems that he can then 'solve'. In any case, adventurers always try to avoid dealing with him, so it's better to keep away.
