This quest is given by Sheyf who can be found in Manheim castle.

Read the book "Culinary Masters"
Description
Sheyf wants you to fetch him some milk and cheese.
How to Complete
Head to Wurzel east of Aria at his farm and get the milk. Then go to gombard and get the cheese from Erica. Return back to Sheyf at Manheim castle and complete the quest.
