This quest is given by Xelf who can be found in The Mighty Oak

Description

Xelf is a young elf who has never explored outside of his settlement. He wants a trinket from someone who as traveled the seas.

How to Complete

Travel to Marcel in Gombard Port. Ask him about the trinket and he will tell you he's got nothing left and to try elsewhere. Talk to Marcel again and travel to Bala.

You can ask Cliff about the trinket and he will say he has a whole bunch of junk. He gives you a Native Drum. Return to Xelf upstairs in The Mighty Oak and talk to him about the trinket. He will be excited by the Native Drum and reward you with an Elven Hood.
