This quest is given by Awlor who can be found in the Dwarf Halls at Dovan Helm

Description
must speak to elves about lore: that fool Komir thinks he knows the ancient history, but Awlor is the true designate of chaos. The elves told me. says he carries the power from his father. He asks you to help out the cause and get some gargoyle claw to receive an ancient weapon.
How to Complete
Head to the Ovenore dungeon in the Dark Forest. Descend to level 10 and defeatthe Gargoyle, who will drop a Gargoyle Claw. Return with the claw to Awlor and he says that once you give him the claw, he can start working on chaos so the elves will pay for their treachery. He'll reward you with a Mithril Flail.
