Description
Anise is an old elf Mystic who lives in the Port of Florintel. She practices the mystic arts of the spirits, borrowing their power or simply having some form of communication. With this power, she helps adventurers with many elixirs and a variety of recipes. It looks like she also has a long and close relationship with Iston in Edhil Settlement.
