This quest is given by Iston who can be found in Mystic Acorns in the Edhil Settlement

Description
Iston can give you better foraging tools. He will give you an extremely fine sickle for 20 snake scales.
How to Complete
Kill Snake until you collect 20 Snake Scale, then return to Iston.

Scales are the rarest drop from snakes so make sure you kill them every chance you get.
