This quest is given by Woody who can be found in The Salty Dog in Bala.

Guide
Speak to Woody about rum. He tells you that while they get the rum shipments in Bala, distributing it out to the taverns is the hard bit. Offer to help and he'll give you 3 Barrel of Rum to deliver to Aria, Dondheim and Gombard. When you return after delivering the rum, he'll give you his father's boots, who used to be a knight.
Speak to Dibbler in Aria and drop off one of the barrels of rum.
Speak to Inn Keeper - Erik at The Mighty Horn in Dondheim and drop off one of the barrels of rum.
Speak to Heckle in Gombard and drop off one of the barrels of rum.
Return to Woody in Bala to collect your reward.
