Carl is a hard worker and appreciates when someone is 'actually' working. The Tolhein folks always look busy, but for Carl, they are not putting in too much effort. This always bothers Carl, but when the job has to be done, at least they do it. It seems Carl and Clancy peck each other from time to time.
