Ruby is an old lady who has been living in Sterling since she was born. She has been crafting arrows since she was a little girl, honing her skills and making her one of the best fletchers in Sterlin, if not in the entire Yore. She assists adventurers by selling a wide variety of recipes that she has learned throughout her entire life.
