Guide
Speak with Becca about things. She tells you that she can make most anything with the right ingredients. She's just heard of a magic shield spell that uses frozen blood, and wants to know if you know where to get some. If you say yes she'll ask if you can bring her 10 and she'll give you the rune that she makes in return.
Go to the frozen mountains and inside a cave kill the frozen monsters.
