Malpas is a nice old man who lives on the east side of Yore, between the North of Gombard and the South of Tolhain. Malpas left his old life to live in peace on the coast, and using a super special rod, he became a skilled fisherman. Maybe Malpas would be kind to teach how to make this incredible rod?
