This quest is given by Hawk who can be found in The Frosty Parrot in Aria.

Description
Hawk challenges you to prove your mettle in battle by bringing him the crown of the king of the ettins.
How To Complete
Head south of the Aria Graveyard and follow the pathway to the right to the Forest Dungeon. Go down about 3 levels and kill the King Ettin.
