This quest is given by Komir who can be found in Dovan Helm
Prerequisites
You must be able to speak the Dwarven Language to talk to Komir.
You must have completed Popping Out and Hot Pie to access Dwarven Hall.
Description
Other dwarves say Komir is mad, and that dwarves have never had magic, but he has proof! Says he can't find the old books or read them with his old eyes. The older he gets, the worse his eyes become. Komir needs something to help him, and would give anything to read easily again.
How to Complete
Head to Bala to speak with Crane about the glasses since he's wearing some. He says he makes them in his workshop, but that they are difficult to make. He's willing to help you out if you help him with his hobby of flower arranging. He gives you the quest Four Eyes. When you complete that quest, you'll receive some Spectacles which you should bring to Komir back in Dovan Helm.
He is surprised that human ingenuity has eye glasses to help him read, and to reward you he gives you his old Burnt Greaves.
