Where to get it
This quest is given by Mirf who can be found in Aria in House (Mirf)

Guide
According to legend, there is a hideous monster down in the crypt. Bring Mirf it's eye and he'll give you a reward.
Mirf wants you to explore the Crypt south of Aria Town, kill the Beholder in it's depths, and return to Mirf with the Eye of Beholder.
Required Items
Steps
- Travel down to the fourth level of the crypt
- Slay the Beholder to receive an Eye of Beholder
- Speak to Mirf with the eye in your inventory

500 gold
