Where to get it

This quest is given by Bran who can be found in the Throne Room in Dovan Helm

Prerequisites

You must be able to speak the Dwarven Language to talk with Bran.

You must have completed Popping Out and Hot Pie to access the Throne Room.

You have to complete Mind Herbs before Bran will speak with you.

Guide

The king of Dovan Helm has a quest for you: he collects trophies and wishes for a Warg Tail. Bring him one and he will reward you.

Travel to the Dark Forest and find the Ruins of Ovenore. Descend to the 5th level and find a Warg which should drop a Warg Tail. Return to Bran in Dovan Helm and he will reward you with a Desert Cloak.
