The Dark Forest is a massive dangerous area where only experienced adventurers should venture. This is due to the high damage monsters that can spawn throughout the area, coupled with the complicated navigation where unprepared adventurers can get lost.
Description
The main entrance of Dark Forest is Forest Road. As the latter is a relatively peaceful area, exploring adventurers have been known to wander into Dark Forest. For 10 seconds,.. Before they turn back into safer lands.
Dark Forest is also home to 2 dungeons, the Ruins of Ovenore, and Medusas Cave. In a hidden corner of Dark Forest is the elven Edhil Settlement,
Enemies
The majority of Dark Forest has snakes, with wolves appearing as you venture deeper. Giant Snakes only appear in Area 13 (see below).
Locations
These locations are areas of interest, The area numbers signify where in the reference map (on the right) they can be found.
- Area 3: Forest House. This is where the Samuel the hermit, stays.
- Area 4: Forest Clearing. Plots of land for player houses exist here.
- Area 7: Wisp NPCs Willow and Shon
- Area 9: Mike's Yard. Mike the scammer stays in the building here.
- Area 11: Naggy the witch stays here and sells some wares.
- Area 13: Entrance to the dungeon Medusa's Cave.
- Area 15: Edhil Settlement. Home location with more quests and shops.
- Area 17: Entrance to the dungeon Ruins of Ovenore.
