This quest is given by Albert who can be found in Wilderness

None
Description
Albert is incredibly sad and says things haven't been the same since she left, and that all she left him with is a rock. Ask him about the rock and he says he will give you the strange glowing rock in exchange for a Stargazer Lily to put on her grave.
How to Complete
Travel south to the Aria Graveyard and speak with Igor about his flowers. He will gladly give you a Stargazer Lily. With the lily in hand, return to Albert in the Wilderness and he will give you the rock in exchange. It turns out the rock is actually a Shield rune.
