Vala is a high elf who lives in the Port of Florintel. She is a weaponsmith but usually greets adventurers who come to Florintel. Despite disliking the human race like most elves and dwarves, she might be the only high elf who speaks the human language and is kind enough to warn any human that no elf will ever speak their language. Why is she the only one who speaks the human language? Maybe there is some reason behind it?
