This quest is given by Aldon who can be found in the Elven Hall
Prerequisites
You must have completed Soul Man to know about the secret under the snake statue.
Description
Aldon believes her wisdom helps her to discredit myths. She says that even though the world is full of demons and monsters, some are simply made up by the uneducated races. A common myth is about a snake woman with fire in her eyes. If you can bring her proof, she will change her mind.
How to Complete
Enter the secret area beneath the snake statue in the Dark Forest and kill the Medusa. She will drop a Medusa Eye. Bring this eye to Aldon and she says she's never seen anything like it. Aldon will give you a new spell Holy Fire.
Rewards
Tips/Tricks
The Medusa is very tough; for a character playing a mage, a good strategy is to cast Freeze or Greater Freeze on Medusa and kite the other giant snakes until she dies.
