Description
Tealc is an elf who came from across the sea in the northwest continent. His land is very different from the high elves of Florintel or the wood elves of Edhil. Their customs are different, but nonetheless, he is still an elf, and the elves accepted him as their own. However, since their customs are different, he has to abide by the laws of Florintel and leave some of his customs behind to continue living there.
