Description
Carter is a high elf who works as a captain in the Port of Florintel. She may have some relation with Weir and other high elves trying to solve the problems they are facing against the wood elves from the south in Edhil. Since she has no power like the leader of the high elves, she can at least ask for help from adventurers to solve this crisis. Since she is a captain, maybe as a reward in the future, she may give the adventurers a ride to a new land, perhaps?
